⚠️COVID-19 Update

COVID-19 ROOM UPDATE

Currently, the 26th board has decided that is in the best interest to all if we would close the room for all members except the board untill further notice. This means that the doors of our beloved room stay closed and that only the current board can work from the room. However, this does not mean that we are not willing to answer any questions. If you have any, please ask us by using whatsapp, email or a quick instagram DM. We are still happy to help with anything!

The Cubicus however is open for studying but the 26th board does urge you to not come to the campus if it is not absolutely necessary. The rules are as followed:

  1. Wearing face masks is mandatory if you are walking around. However, you are allowed take your facemask of once you are seated.
  2. Before entering and when leaving the Cubicus we urge you use the hands sanitizer. A better alternative is to wash your hands.
  3. It is mandatory for everyone to keep the distance of 1.5m so avoid any physical interaction such as shaking hands or hugs.
  4. Don’t come to the Cubicus if you OR any of your housemates are showing one of the following symptoms: coughing, sneezing, cold-like symptoms, fever, shortness of breath or sudden loss of smell and/or taste.
  5. If you’ve been in contact with someone that has tested positive for COVID-19, then you aren’t allowed to come up until two weeks since you last saw that person.
  6. Meeting rooms can still be reserved through the Servicedesk of each building, but only by board for committees.
  7. The Cubicus building will be open from 8:00 to 18:00.

Stay safe and hopefully see you soon,
