Already in the beginning of his career - after graduating from Erasmus University Rotterdam in Bussiness Economics - Andy worked as a Marketing & Communications Director at Philips. Nowadays, he holds many functions next to being Partner & Strategy Director at ARA. He is, amongst other things, an entrepreneur and advisor out of Andy Mosmans & Company, member of the Advisory Board of Rotterdam Partners, member of the Global Advisory Board of the startup platform Get in the Ring and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Amstelland Ziekenhuis. He also shares his knowledge as a co-founder of the Institute of Branding and Business Development (IBBD), speaker (for Speakers Academy), author (for Boom Publishers Amsterdam and (inter)national journals), blogger (for Adformatie) and visiting professor (for Business School Netherlands and BSN Asia).
